Position Goal: To effectively manage the care of patients using knowledge, clinical skills, judgment and decision making skills for the specific skills.

• Delivers exceptional patient care utilizing guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Reviews, evaluates and takes appropriate action regarding results of diagnostic tests.  Administers medications according to appropriate policy.
• Assists with patient care activities as required
• Position requires regular phone calls to advise/educate.  Assists with treatment plan/education as necessary.  Re-directs as necessary.
• Makes appropriate documentation entries in medical management system/EMR.

Experience: One year of clinical (ortho) experience preferred.
Education: BSN preferred, but not required.
Special Qualifications:Must have GA state RN nursing license. Must maintain CPR certification at all times.  Must comply with HIPAA requirements at all times.
