Position Goal: Responsible to oversee effective daily operation of all Hughston Clinic Florida locations.

Position Responsibilities;

  • Answers to Chief Operating Officer in all matters of Clinic operations
  • Establish a new office setup/implementation/training program
  • Establish a new clinic Marketing strategy (Workers Comp/Referrals/Brand Awareness)
  • Establish and Implementation a referral tracking process
  • Oversees/orders, clinical supply inventory, ensures that all clinic spaces are opened and closed according to Hughston Clinic procedures.
  • Assists all practices in establishing ancillary services (i.e. DME, W/C, Cast, MA etc…) as necessary.
  • Ensures proper training is completed w/new hires for all clinic locations.
  • Oversees daily clinical operations; ensures process efficiency. Monitors work status and progress of the clinic.
  • Entering and approving PTO time and timesheets.
  • Responsible for tracking productivity of employees.
  • Handling patient discrepancies as well as doctor complaints, responding to all complaints verbal and written.
  • Providing resolution to any clinical issues as instructed.
  • Prepares budgets, reports and manages assigned projects.
  • Assists in interviewing and selection procedures. Handles various personnel matters including forms and procedures as required.
  • Conduct annual evaluations and assessments.
  • Implement and assist with any new or changed guidelines for the clinic operation.
  • Meet with COO to review operational issues and discuss strategic plans.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times.
  • Must be able to make effective and independent operations decisions.
Experience: Minimum three to five years’ office management experience including one year in a health care organization required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s in health/business administration or related preferred.
Special Qualifications: Knowledge of office management techniques, practices, computer systems and applications. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be in good standing.
